Terms of Photography
  1. When ordering photography, you are purchasing a license to use certain selected images that the photographer takes during the site visit.
  2. With a license, there are no restrictions on marketing use, only on resale of the images.
  3. When using any image in a publication or website, proper credit should be given.
  4. There is a minimum order : This minimum is $150 and will cover the licensing from 1 to 6 Images. The person or company that places the order is responsible for the cost. Once the photographer shows up at the location, there is no possibility of zero selections. This includes cases in which access to the location has not been secured. Keys not working, additional parties not being present or granting access. A photographer will not visit a location more than once without an additional minimum order.
  5. The location being photographed should be prepared before the site visit. It is not the photographers responsibility to do any moving of furniture, making of any beds, or any type of cleaning whatsoever [This includes, washing of windows, Sweeping or mopping of floors, washing of dishes] All surfaces should be freed of clutter, sinks should not have dirty dishes, clothing should not be on the floor, or on furniture, Bathroom items should be hidden, trash thrown out]
  6. The photographer will take multiple angles and send out an unedited proof sheet usually 1 day after the photography has taken place. It is your responsibility to reply to the contact sheet in a timely manner. A response should be given within 7 calendar days. If not, the photographer will use their discretion to make the selections for you.
  7. Payment is due after the site visit. Once you have been invoiced, you will have 30 days to make a full payment. Any balance that has not been paid in full will be charged interest on the carried over balance.
